Products and orders

Physical merchandise is made to order through Printful. Review the product description, size chart, selected options, delivery address, and checkout total before ordering. Product images illustrate the design; screen settings may affect displayed colours. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Prices, payment, and delivery

Our base store currency is Canadian dollars. The storefront may display another currency based on your location or selected currency. Check the currency and final total at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you place your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Order problems

Contact us promptly if you notice an order error. Changes may not be possible after production begins. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. Keep your order confirmation for your records.

Services and legal rights

These terms apply to merchandise purchases. Coaching, speaking, and other services have separate terms. Applicable consumer protection rights remain in effect; nothing here waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
