XY Spark merchandise is made to order through Printful. Production and shipping are separate stages. Your order may ship from a facility outside Canada, depending on the item and availability.

Canada delivery estimate

Allow an estimated 7–10 business days from your order date for production and delivery in Canada. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, production demand, carrier delays, customs, and other disruptions can take longer.

Shipping charges and tracking

Standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses is free. Any applicable taxes and the total payable are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Available shipping destinations and options are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent when available after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact hyman@xyspark.org as soon as possible to request a correction; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply to a customer-requested reshipment caused by an incorrect address, where permitted by law. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem or an order has not arrived. For a lost-package claim, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
